By registering an Account on rsngem, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
rsngem reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To register an Account and use rsngem Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification Notice: rsngem strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Underage gambling is a serious violation and will result in immediate Account closure.
To access rsngem Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
rsngem operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and address when requested. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is complete. All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Providing false or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate Account closure and potential legal action.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify rsngem immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. rsngem is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if such use occurred due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.
rsngem accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for most payment methods, with some premium banking options requiring a minimum of Rp 100,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may vary. rsngem does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Funds derived from illegal activities will not be accepted, and any such deposits will be returned (minus processing fees) and the Account closed.
Players may request withdrawals once their Account is fully verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier status, though first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active Bonus Wagering Requirements must be completed. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. rsngem reserves the right to request additional identity verification for large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns.
If you request a withdrawal before completing Wagering Requirements on an active Bonus, the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit balance (if any remains) will be available for withdrawal.
Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by VIP tier. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members enjoy higher limits as outlined in the VIP Program terms. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.
rsngem offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed at the time of claiming. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with the associated Wagering Requirements and contribution percentages.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses carry Wagering Requirements ranging from 20x to 40x the Bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days) or the Bonus and associated winnings will expire.
rsngem operates a fair gaming environment. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or collusion with other Players, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts involved in bonus abuse.
rsngem is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality-check reminders. Players can set these limits in their Account settings at any time.
Players who feel gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or deposit funds. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting customer support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rsngem and may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:
All casino games on rsngem use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness. Sports betting odds are set by our trading team and may change in real-time based on market conditions. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.
If a game malfunctions, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering. Game rules and paytables are available within each game interface.
All content on the rsngem platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, and game designs, is the intellectual property of rsngem or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
rsngem provides Services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of rsngem Services.
In the event of any dispute between you and rsngem, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration laws.
Our decisions on game outcomes, Bonus eligibility, and Account disputes are final and binding unless proven to be in clear error.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance after completing any Wagering Requirements. rsngem reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, show signs of fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.
If your Account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating new Accounts on rsngem.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and Indonesian law where applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or arbitration bodies as determined by the nature of the dispute.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
